• Pre-production prevention – supplier management, material trial management, incoming inspection, through DFMEA (design failure mode analysis and countermeasures), PFMEA (process failure mode analysis and countermeasures), CP (control plan), WI Guide, book) and so on documents, the human, machine, material, method, ring, measure six elements of careful analysis and evaluation and countermeasures design.
• The production process control – personnel qualification, equipment inspection, inspection of materials, the first pieces of inspection, such as opening inspection, inspection after opening line, process inspection, quality statistics and control, production exception handling.
• After the production of quality analysis and processing – finished warehousing inspection, warehouse storage management, a library management.
